I have pre hired with AFS will have to go to CDL School since I have been out of trucking several years and did not keep my CDL.
Are things that bad now or are you still getting miles? anyone drive for AFS have comments? The old days if you would run good, be dependable (not a whiner) they would keep you busy.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. Just got done with my 4 week training and have had only good mile runs with my trainer. First load our was to Ontario, CA from FL and back, all within 5 days. Ran consistently to the end. Have heard from most drivers fro AFS that the miles are coming back after a slow down over the holidays.
