Yea, thats what we need is more laws. We already have laws that are not being enforced, these idiots need to be retired to another country. I dont think in this day and level of technology we even need the congress and the senate. We just need MAXHEADROOM.......

I'm just saying the laws are there, but no one is enforcing them. Getting rid of the illegal drivers is a good start, Second Paying people does not install a since of duty, American's themselves need to step up to the plate.
I see drivers all the ti,e leavong the truck and load in non-secured places, El Paso forinstance, drivers take rides into Mexico leaving truck, trailer and load unattended, and the wrong people (the ones taking you to a ##### house/bar) in Mexico know your stuff is available,
The driver pau situation can be secured easily, vote with your wallet, if you feel the company your driving for is shorting funds they should be paying, let them know, don't work for them.
But when you go to work your agreeing to protect that load and the equipment.
