Might be an odd question. What do you prefer to wear while your driving for 8 + hours? I imagine that steel toed boots wouldn't be too comfortable after a couple of hours.

I've worn the same pair of Justin's work boots for 5 years.

But, I'd like to get some shoes that slip on and off a little easier. Every time I go shoe shopping I back out and put my old boots back on and say, "maybe another time."

Usually I'll wear Pumas, but if weather is an issue I'll throw on the Red Wings.
You get used to driving with boots on in no time, honestly.

Red wing boots. Hands down, the most comfortable footwear I have ever worn.

    Safetstep shoes

    Low cut ones.

USA made & durable as it gets.

    Payless shoes...$30
Buy one get one free usually.

Only negatives are grip on ice & they can track a lot of mud from the sole.

I bought these Ariat Overdrive boots last year and luv 'em.
Ten hours plus is no problem.
    Paid $170 total.

Composite toe, much lighter & meets same specs as steel toe for any workplace's requirements.
I'm sure the gym shoe crowd won't like em, but I do.
