    I honestly don't know. My guess is if it causes a positive on a drug test it is.

    I'm going to make this easy. This table is the list of substances the DOT tests for.

    ALL of the substances on this list are banned unless they are included in the exception mentioned in post #10. If they have an exception then you must be under the care of a Physician and the Medical Examiner is also OK with it. The only other substance's outright banned is ANY medication to control seizures.

    EVERYTHING ELSE is up to the medical examiner on a case by case basis.
