I am going to make this as short as possible...just the high points.
For a period of 3 yrs. I drove for Swift..In that time had 3 non DOT reportable preventables...Classified as minor incident. One listed as Misc.(?) Since these were minor no tickets nor accident reports issued.
As a result I have no documentation to show these were in fact minor. I have recently been refused a few diving jobs due to Swift refusing to release information concerning this matter..I have a copy of my DAC/HireRite report, but how can I get Swift to release this information to ethier myself or prospective employers...Don't wish to drag this out..

I realize this,,it's just fusturating that a company can withhold minor information such as this. The least they could do is confirm that these were in fact minor, without releasing specific details. The last company I applied to only wanted conformation, that's all. They couldn't get it, was told that they could not hire without this information. Such a small detail cost me a position with a pretty good company.
Personal information about a driver I can understand...It's not like we're asking for a big company secret. In essence I am being held captive by this company, and it's not right...
Anybody happen to know where I can find the nearest bread line...

Have you called and asked for this info? Explained why you need it? Some times with a big company things like this get lost in the shuffle. If they won't release it there is more to the story.

Go to your DM, he/she can actually print out the incident report for you. Also you didn't say if these items are showing on your DAC/Hirerite report, it almost sounds like you are including this on your application, if they aren't on the DAC just dont say anything about them on your application.

Companies have to be cautious, they Can be held liable.

Just go to a decent company that doesn't use DAC.
