First load as a lease driver!

Nashville, TN, pulling a repower to NC.

Brand new Freightliner....... Seal above windshield leaking rain when I make a right. WTF!?!

When I get my own truck, it won't be an International or a Freightliner.

First load and have to get to a dealer already. Lol! I'm just at a loss.

Notorious for leaks at the overhead marker lights.

Shop can seal 'em up w/silicon.

Get attended to, as water can raise all kind of havoc with electronics behind dash. Gages, QC, radar....etc.

Just had my last two sealed up couple weeks ago.

If it's any consolation, that is the only issue I have really had with mine. Been a great truck. Runs great, fuel milage fantastic......at least before the winterized crap.

    Over 230,000 now.

    Good luck to you, buddy!

Haha, I remember when I was on my instructor's Freightshaker. Rain came seeping in on every right hand turn. Rick told me every Freightliner he has been in did that. Sure enough, my trainer's 2015 Cascadia did it, and when I had a Cascadia when I first went solo, it was the exact same story.

As for the light leaks, the leaks in my Cascadia were so bad that when I got a truck wash once, the water seeping in the marker lights fried my CB's control board. Absolute rubbish.

I think you should pick up a flower load while you're there.

Yeah, that's the ticket. I think that sounds like a capital idea! :biggrin_255::bootyshake::laughing-guffaw:

Lol, mine was leaking all over today as I was driving north out of Nashville. For awhile there I thought I was going to need a boat for inside my truck, lol! It's a very very common thing with freightliner. I think it's there way of making sure the driver gets a shower every so often ;)

    Walcott, Iowa 80 truck stop.

Luckily we managed to avoid that. We grabbed a load of strawberries with two drops. However we had to wait over seven hours for them to load eight pallets of strawberries.

Well that's good to hear! I really like the truck overall. It's the same color as my car. Black Cherry.

Still having fun! BTW, she also has 65 on the pedal and cruise. The driver's door you have to slam shut. My trainer was always slamming the drivers door. He told me it would happen. Other than that, I mounted my Galaxy real sweet and I'll just figure out the rest. Read and ole thread from @redoctober on making a front curtain system as she didn't have even a track for front curtains.
