Im sorry to bother you but my husband has only been driving truck for about a year. He was on the truck with his trainer driving team but recently went regional so that he could be with me more. They are giving him directions by the (callcom?) and use allot of abbreviations. One of the abbreviations was EOR and D/E. he is very frustrated because the GPS tried to bring him to the wrong place and is having a difficult time understanding the directions...could you help me out?

    EOR is "end of ramp"

    D/E is "dead end"

SS is Stop Sign, SL is Stop Light.

    RobertELee Thanks this.

Thanks so much and sorry for posting three times:biggrin_2557:...I was trying to get my posts up so I could send someone a message; again thanks for giving me that information. If you have any tips or hints for driving or how I can be a good help to my trucker please let me know!

Macro 19 directions are only as good as the person who writes them and drivers who submit updated directions.

If I find them too confusing, I don't hesitate to call the customer. You would be surprised at how many of em have automated recordings.
