Drove all night from Mississippi, sitting at the Pilot on I-71 north of Louisville. Deliver 0300 in Springfield Ohio east of Dayton then off to stop 2 east of Cleveland. Overnight driving sucks

 

Wait until the vacation traffic starts clogging the highways this summer... you might find you like it. Scales are closed at night!

 

I have the best luck. I went into TA lastnight to get weight ticket, and when I came out someone sideswiped my passenger side mirror breaking the convex mirror from the mount. Sitting at Freightliner in Joplin right now getting a new mirror. What's next!

 

Look at the bright side... he got your mirror, but didn't crush your right front steer suspension. You'd be driving an alignment disaster area for the next few years.

 

Pre-planned to Denver if these guys would ever get me unloaded. 3.5 hrs and still 30K on the drives = 2 skids/hour? Need them to pick it up soes I can make 1500 appt tomorrow.

Getting a load from Groveport, OH going to Salem, VA Kroger for tomorrow evening. Only been there once and it was a horrible experience - but I am told that was a fluke. My appt was for 2100. I was there at 1900 because you can't go in more than two hours early. In the door at 0130 and out at close to 0400... then nowhere to park. But again, I am told that was unusual for them, so this is a chance to show that!
