Decided to take the I-80 route to WA. A bit (25-35mph) windy between Lincoln NE and Grand Island, but it should smooth out after that. Joe the student is doing well bucking the winds. Gotta make sure he can handle the crosswinds, but know when enough is enough......

I departed about 1940, so what color is your tractor? I'm the dark blue one that was bobtail off with the trailers on "the hill." Had fun with construction on I495 south of Lowell... they didn't put the "construction ahead" signs back far enough. First thing ya saw was the tail end of the backup... fun, fun, fun!
