I just HATE it when I disagree with you Otherhalf! Really I hate it. So you have to change your opinion. :biggrin_25525: Just kidding.

I would rat out the other driver. You see I'd rather rat him out before he kills someone than do it after he kills someone.

To me it's just that simple. Get a motel room and suck the stuff down if you want to but if I see you sitting in your truck drinking........I'll rat you out.

Years ago, we were told that ONE glass of wine or ONE beer with dinner would be OK for some, since the combination of food in the stomach would make a smaller reaction to the alcohol blood level. Recently, even this has changed, and the rules we live by (both driving our rigs and driving our personal vehicles) run 24/7/365. So now, as "professional drivers" we are expected to show respect and restraint with the laws we have chosen to live by.

Personally, I only have alcohol, on the first day of three off at home...no drinking whatsoever away from home. Since I don't camp, this means HOME, ON MY PROPERTY, and if I do have a beer or two at home, I don't even drive to the store a couple miles away after consuming it...that is what wives are for...SHOPPING!

Now that is catchy....Rat-Nana...I like it! How about hard to type Texas/Rat-Nana...nope too hard to type with three fingers!

It actually is a hard one to pinpoint...when to make the call...I agree if something did happen and I heard about it, knowing I didn't do anything about it...OK I change my mind...call me RAT-OTHERHALFtw now also!

And Rat-Nana...if you go and get a chocolate at three in the morning without the body gaurd...I'm ratting you out to your otherhalf!:biggrin_25516:

No, you cannot continue in pig latin. If I see you typing any language other than ENGLISH on these forums I will put your butt in the corner. (And your wife will help!)

As for melting, I did that 2 days ago, and haven't recovered yet... It's just plain hot!

Alright now otherhalf you can't go changing your opinion just because nana says to (waiting to dodge the pointy stick).

I do consume quite a few more drinks on hometime than you, but I always have a designated driver, OR I walk where I need something as long as I haven't even had enough to get a buzz. I have friends who give me hel because I won't drive after even 1 drink (this was before getting my cdl also), but I have participated in a few stupid trial experiments with friends to know that reaction times have already begun changing before you ever get to the buzzed stage.

He changed his opinion cause I was right. *cackles with laughter*

See, you're doing the right thing. But then you're not sitting in your truck in a truck stop drinking. Better not be cause if I see you........................................................................:biggrin_2554:

How are you sure they are they drinking a BEER! My other half drinks root beer and it looks very much like a beer bottle so are you going to call his company because you think he has a beer in his hand? when it is in fact root beer.
