I don't want one of my own yet, why would I want somebody elses? lol. If you will look at the early posts you will see that the backing was discussed, then sideroads were looked at, this happens quite frequently on any forum I have been on.

We can stay on the same interstate for 3-4 days (depending on destination), but gives us 2 hours of talking and see if we can stay with the same general idea.

Granted, that's hilarious and incredibly stupid, BUT in defense of the Swifty reputation I would like to add something.

The first company I drove for was Swift. And in all honesty, they treated me well. My Volvo was ok and performed mostly as asked. My trainer was a class guy and a quality driver. In the two weeks(and yes, only two weeks because he released me early because i'm also a quality driver) I was with him, we saw this kinda thing from now and then and had a good laugh over it. So, yes, kill Swifty as often as you like, but please remember they do have some quality drivers in there as well.

Even being a Swift loyalist, that's funny as hell.

I thought it is a required 6 week Minimum ?? I am hoping after I get on I'll get to get released to solo early since I have driven for a couple of years but was an idiot and dropped my CDL when I moved to Oregon :(

I think it depends on the trainer's discretion. We took two runs from LA to Atlanta and back and he released me. In two weeks, we had good weather and bad and he showed me everything he could. But he saw that I could drive and could learn on my own. We had the same DM as well, so I think that helped.
