Prime - Finding a Co-Driver to Team

I would think that your FM can start that ball rolling. You will probably want to consider an expanded interview process. I am sure that you will want a personality/hygiene match for teaming.

My FM told me drivers are usually left to themselves to find teammates.

In rare cases Your FM can only connect you with a potential teammate if he hears someone else is looking for one. Either from his own board (likely) or some other FM mentions it (unlikely)

Unlikely in the fact that one of the two FMs is gonna lose a driver and the other will gain a team. They'd prefer to keep it within their board, however they can't prevent a driver from leaving their board if the driver finds their own teammate.

You'll be lucky to find one to interview from your FM. Mine says, for his board it happens once or twice a year, and the guy usually finds a teammate long before he ever can find one for him.

Take some of SilentEagle's directions, but I'd be very weary about pairing with someone who is a Lease Op if you are going to be company. No one has ever fully explained that pay deal to my satisfaction and any promises of extra pay on the side from the L/O won't be honored if the guy doesn't pay it himself out of pocket.
