Their training looks very appealing. Do you HAVE to go into their lease program or can you be a company driver. Plus, if you train with them do you get any home time. I ask because they are in Mo and I am from TX.
Prime Inc. anyone trained with them?

They will push lease but you can become a company driver. Talk to U2 Exit. He is a company driver here. TruckerMike also. Look on the Prime threads. I trained there seven years ago... but they didnt even HAVE company drivers then! Home time... tough in training, but as much freight as moves through Texas, particularly on the I-35 and I-10 corridors... shouldn't be too much of a problem. However... if you are thinking of trucking, get used to home time being fairly rare, especially in training.

Yeah I live off of I-80 in Northern CA and I'm seeing enough Prime trucks to feel comfortable about home time.
