Any money in the excess mileage fund in 100% lost if you do not complete the lease, and none of it goes to truck repairs. It's an extra lease charge if you're averaging over 2900 miles a week.

Yep, lease completion bonus is:

3.75 cents per dispatched mile during your lease
100% of the money in your excess mileage account
100% of your remaining tire fund

minus any needed repairs to the truck. My bonus on my last truck, which was a 18 month lease, was a little over $7000. The lease on my current truck, which is a full 3 year lease, ends in November, and I'm expecting between $17-20000 depending on the amount of repairs.
