Prime Inc trying to collect for training from 5 years ago

i know, i got my PhD, my Doctorate, my Nobel prize all from the internet for a low, low price of $19.99 and for an extra shipping fee, i got a veg-o-matic..>!!!!!

 

This is serious. I agree with others on here. We need to fake your death.

 

Being as how they waited till the limitations are practically up. As collections accounts like to do. Not responding is a very good idea.

Looks like MO is a 10 year state. OP can be harrased for another 5 1/2 years.

 

So training isn’t free. They held up there end and you didn’t. Seriously make it right and hold up your end.

 

You might be on to something else here.. When you go through Prime and get your cdl you become a temp MO resident up until you swap your license to your home state.

Meaning at the time of hire after you pass the CDL tests you are technically a MO resident.

 

Ahh... another person who rips off a school and then claims victim status..

You got 2 more years, then it's off your credit report, pretty much like it never happened.
I had U.S. Express put a black mark on my credit for $105. DOT physical. Told them several times pretty much what I posted above.
It stayed there for 7 years. During that time, they probably spent $200 in postage, paper, and labor sending me letters.
It's gone now, fell off a few years ago. My credit score is like 827 at the moment, and no one has ever mentioned it on anything I've purchased.
And I get the best interest rates.
So, if it were me, I'd call and tell them to make a 1,000 copies................
