What day was this? Ive been out on the pad a lot lately, never saw what you described. I know a lot of instructors, most wouldnt tolerate what you described. Was anyone out on the pad with yall? I know there are some sorry instructors, but none would last long doing what you said. If youre still here, come over to the Mill. Ill be here for at least a few more hours. What division you in? I know of instructors who can help you out.

Why wouldn't you tell your FM that he was drinking every night and while on the road? I'm heading to prime on 08/14, I hope I get a good trainer!

I would question your story as well. First, you repeat a story (rumor) that has been spread by people around the Prime terminal about an employee being a habitual drunk so much that his wife has to drive him to work.... that right there is nothing more than slander and an attempt to gain sympathy for your story. You might have been with a crappy trainer, as there are plenty in all training truck driving companies. What is yourmotivation? Apparently your motivation is to slam and discredit Prime's reputation by telling this story. If you were a man, you would have called security on the training pad when your trainer was drunk. But that takes a whole lot of moral courage. The easy way to make yourself feel better is to come on this forum and tell your story, however true it may be.

He is not a Prime employee. He went home. He did not effectively communicate with his FM after handling his situation with his trainer. Iwould have gladly helped him out on the pad, as well as many others here. I would have also helpedhim report his trainer if I saw that he was drunk. Where he went wrong was starting his initial story with some very slanderous information about Steve Larson. A man's character is usually reflected in his actions.

I didn't slander anyone I said what my instructor told me, I had no fm, there was 93 students in my class and we was rushed out with instructors, because they was so far behind period.

I had no contact information for security or for a fm. It was 830 at night when this idiot acted up. I parked the truck and walked away as I said, I woke up the next morning at 630 and was at Steve larsens desk by 7:00 I don't know who I was suppose to talk to but thats who I talked to, Don lacy is the guy my instructor said was head of safety, I'm not sure what Steve larsens job is.

When I told Steve Larsen Shawn was drunk on the pad yelling at me and Shawn said he hadn't been drinking a simple piss test would have shown he was lying.

You guys calling me a liar, don't make any sense. Every company has idiot employees like Shawn.

The guy also got out of the truck at 600 am in Dixon illnois and took a crap all over the trailer wheels of one of receivers trailers as we waited to be unloaded. This is standard company practice?

What day did this supposedly happen out on the pad? Ive spoken with many instructors over the past few days. No one mentioned anything about this... IF it happened, I wouldve heard about it out on the pad, or in the Mill.
