Prime Orientation, What to expect?

All days are classroom stuff, company policies and so forth with the exception of the first day. You get a urinalysis, physical, and an interview. Friday, half a day, and meet fleet managers, and you are introduced to a trainer. then hit the road jack.

 

First day... What MONT said and PAPERWORK PAPERWORK PAPERWORK PAPERWORK. Did I mention paperwork? Thingsve changed since I went through it over a year ago. Wow it doesnt seem like it was that long ago. I was making the same journey you are now.

 

They Give you the paper app when you check in Monday night fill it out that night.

 

Make sure you have any references you need to fill out the application again - as Moose said, on paper. It needs to match your online app, or there will be questions. Last chance you have to be truthful about anything you have in your past is before you get on the bus. The background check by professional investigators is VERY thorough. You will see folks sent home because of this, medical problems, etc.

Once you survive the cut, its just classes. Oh, yeah... be on time. In fact, be early. It is a test. As is everything else during the entire week. Its not just fun n' games. Don't be tempted to have a beer either.

 

Don't fall asleep in class, and don't call the sims video games.
