I have over 38000 miles and still counting. It seems like my FM want me to get more miles and my instructor don't mind by him being lease. I am ready to be on my own and I do need more money since I'm qualified to get more. Do any one have any tips for me out on my own.

what is primes rules on traning miles till your solo? if you met them already your trainer is telling them you need more training so he can run team with you longer
-
Your FM & instructor will determine when you are ready.
Mile requirements are only guideline & minimum. -
I understand it's up to them but the minimum is 30000, and I feel very confident that I'm ready and I don't get any feedback if I'm doing well or not, and they are sitting back collecting money maximizing the income while I'm getting the minimum payment. We all do this for the money to be honest and I'm working or driving just as much as the person getting 10× the check I'm getting and I can't do anything about it.

A friend of mine was in TnT for 6 months; 100k+ miles, and her trainer wouldn't let her test out. It was painfully obvious that she was being kept solely for the additional income for her trainer. She ended up quitting Prime.
Since she could claim 6 months of experience, she was hired by a local company and is home every night. She does miss OTR, though.Boy Howdey and loinheart Thank this. -
You certainly can do something about it, Get on the qualcom and send your fleet manager a message and tell them what is going on and that you are ready to upgrade. If that don't work, call the Prime main number and ask to speak to Steve Larsen..You will definitely get their attention then. This person is a trainer for Prime not for profit and you owe them no loyalty especially if they are screwing you over

This is good advise and you should take it. Btw the test that are done on the simulator for your upgrade are mostly pretty easy if you can pass them then you sir are ready. At 38k miles i would certainly guess you will have no problems.loinheart Thanks this.

Must not be a very smart trainer or he would know there is more money by kicking them off to their own truck and grabbing another student there sure ain't no shortage of students at prime
loinheart Thanks this.
