Thanks for sharing rookie. Hadn't heard this yet and good to know all our washouts (after every load), live load calls (for every load), and being anal over being on time (for every load) isn't going to waste. The washouts can definately be a pain in the #####. But it's good to know we're scoring some brownie points with our customers, especially during these times.

 

Does this give us any leverage at condeming that drop lot at Kraft in Champaign, IL?

Currently the only location on the planet where I pray for a live load.

Maybe they can reward us with our own offsite drop yard with shuttle service. Its a nice dream.

We haul ConAgra? lol

On another note, I know we also got an award from FedEx for 100% on time in fiscal 2009.

 

Yeah, I heard the FedEx deal a couple weeks ago.

I hauled a bunch of Chef Boyardee (ConAgra) out of PA to NM 2 months ago...

 

Pulled a load of ConAgra veggie oil out of Decatur IL last year. I know I've pulled a load or two of something for them this year too...

 

Must be all those high paying loads that go to the company drivers then. lol

 

Ah, yeah... right. From my point of view, they all pay the same!
