Exactly the opposite. I'm not stressed about passing anyone & every load has enough time to make it going 55, so why stress that you won't be there on time?

Wow blood pressure tests how long have they been doing that? Yeah 140 is kinda on the high side anywhere between 120 - 135 is pretty good.

Pretty sure DOT physicals have had a blood pressure requirement for quite some time now.

There are only a couple regions I get cut off by four wheelers (hello Massachusetts). I have been cut off more by fellow truckers than four wheelers. I keep my steering high and am very aware of the traffic around me. Makes my life calm easy breezy from apt to apt.
