Problem with hazard lights and panel switches.

2019 Peterbilt 579 The hazards come on when the truck is turned on. The switches also don't work. When you use the turn signal then the side you turn to flashes only but as soon as you put in neutral position then the hazards start flashing again. Two adaptive cruise faults comes on.(fault code unrecognized) Smart wheel communication fault (fault code 520200-09)
