I have a 13" Naxa NX524, if the truck is not running tv shuts down after a few minutes and will not work again until truck is running. Bought a Cobra 400 watt inverter, hoping to fix problem. It worked until Opti-Idle came on, it blew the fuse in dc plug everytime. Anyone else have this problem? Advice?

And the 400w inverter plugs in to a cig lighter?
If YES to both questions, the answer is easy.- If the TV shuts down when the truck is not running, it could be because the TV will shut-down IF the battery voltage drops below a certain point
- If your inverter blows the fuse when you start, it is for the same reason. Battery voltage drops while engine is off, then starting the truck causes a spike in the voltage at the plug.

yes to both questions. batteries are new, just had a service and they were replaced. the tv is rated at 80 watts, cobra 400 watt converter is good up to 150 if plug into cig. lighter. I replaced fuse, a 15, with 30 and it has not blown yet. thanks for your reply, I appreciate the help.
