I have a 2008 Peterbilt, 389, C-15 Engine, We have has the burnout with Cat, replaced the injector tip, etc in the system. We are still have warning lights, Exhaust Gas Temp 2, Particulate Trap Soot faults coming up. Sensors have been looked at etc. Am I missing something that is causing it to trip the computer? Ran 850 miles no issues, Went to the motel overnight, started truck up in morning and all the warning light are coming on again??? Any information would be appreciated.

Possibly ARD head is bad your best solution is to perform a delete, this engine in standard form could potentially send you broke.

start with spark plug in the ard head, and the fuel filter for main and pilot fuel lines. the lines are on the right rear of the cyl head and run to the ard head. the temp 2 sensor is a two probe sensor and is a common failure also.

Try do a manual burn and go from there, it may have ran 850 miles but if it's not doing a passive burn while u drive it's just loading the filter. Do a parked regen and see if it actually does it

Need to have wiggle test preformed with cat et. I have found the harness plug at ecm for the dpf sensors getting dirty and wires rubbed sending fause readings to ecm. I have six of these trucks in my fleet seen alot of weird stuff with these systems.
