My husband bought all new drive tires at the Q-fix In Memphis,In )off I-65,ext16.
Four of the set seemed to be defective. Out of round, and did'nt want to seal on the rim properly.( like driving a childs hot wheel with the axels bent.)
There were two managers there a day & a night manager. The biggest problem was the day guy. The night manager agreed there was a problem And called the tire rep. The day guy disputed the issue and caused a big delay in getting a tire rep to fix the problem. He was saying it was the rims, ect anything but the tires. the night man had put them on a new rim to determine this. It was the tires. The night manager is no longer working there. I'm not sure what happened.
We had to resort to calling the tire rep ourselves, and had a new set sent.
After many trips to try and fix this problem. The day guy was going to charge us another dismount & remount fee. So we just went and picked up the tires and my husband had to put them on hiself. It is my stance Q-fix or the tire manufacturer should have paid these fees. And had it not been for the day manager, this problem would have not been such a headache.![]()
