Procuring A Parking Spot at a truck stop?

"YOU CAN'T PULL OUT?" << Man, that was click bait for an old man, LoL~!! Nawh, I get the hammer trick; not OTR anymore so... LoL!

 

Isn't THAT the truth, LoLoL~!!

 

No..but I got bullied out of a spot last night and the other guys in the truck stop shamed that driver so badly he pulled out and left. Chalk one up for the real men!

 

You GO, girl.. Years ago when I was OTR with Transport America.. I put my wife behind the wheel (she drives too, but limited; can back and swear like a sailor.. just gets lost a lot) and MAN did she get a spot, and dipped it in SO sweetly, they didn't even SEE me in the bunk! Charm DOES work; I've just lost mine, methinks. Not into charming men, haha!

 

I'll throw you a parking spot, when I'm out at the hub in Joliet, or Peoria... deal?!?!?

I would never give up my spot for any price because when I park I park in the best spot in the lot. I make sure that when I sleep I am on a level surface and blood does not rush to my head. I also value proximity to the bathrooms and the roller grill items. The only way I can be forced/pursuaded to move is to park a noisy reefer next to my truck. If it’s loud enough I’ll move for free.

 

Peoria is to far away, I would consider Joliet but the last time I hung out close to there I ended meeting my future ex-wife..... not chancing that #### again.
