So, I lost a total of 20 pounds since changing my diet. Started by only drinking the diet drinks and cutting out most fast foods and cutting down on the sugars. Sometimes unwilling go for the sweets but not near as much as I have been. Been sticking with subway mostly. Recently went to Wal-Mart and stocked up on Fiber One and Granola Bars. Also got a crap ton of soup, Bananas, and Clear American. Started at 366, I now way 349.

Good job man, try some walking, start slow and short, work you way to fast and long. They make an app for that edmond or something like that, tracks you walk, run etc.
ThatFlatbedGuy2013 Thanks this. -
Good job! Every pound is another step towards better health and looking better to the opposite sex (or same, it's 2014 and I shouldn't judge....) but congrats on this life changing journey.

Good luck OP on keeping with your goal.
It can only get better and your health will definitely thank you.
I lost a quick 35 lbs myself by cutting out ALL wheat products.
Best of luck to you. -
No more buy 2 Big Bufords for five bucks at Ralleys? And eat both in 2-3 hours?
-
Oh Heck no

If you want a way to have a heart attack, that's the way to go. Even a Big Mac is healthier than that.

Great job... Try drinking just water and you will quickly see another 20 pounds disapear... You can go to Wal-Mart and get sugar free "sweetner" to put in the bottles of water if you like...

Providing diets and stuff like clear American contain no calories or fats I wouldn't see any additional weight loss

Wishing you well. I have just completed 51 straight weeks of consistent food logging and moderate changes in my diet, I have lost 119 lbs to date and am 16 lbs from goal.
One year ago I couldn't walk from the parking lot at Wal-Mart into the store without my back killing me. Today I regulary walk 25 miles a week or more. I went from wearing 4X to L and at 57 I feel like I am in my 30's again.
Believe me, it can be done. However, it takes time and dedication. Good luck!bullhaulerswife, joseph1135, ThatFlatbedGuy2013 and 1 other person Thank this.
