Just another TQL stall tactic I've had receivers stamp with their company stamp write piece count and print and sign their name on their stamp .. They get upset when you tell to sign again in the very small consignee box because if they don't TQL will delay payment to you even though everything's fine .. They quit doing that to us after a already good rate went up way more when they were in a bind and our dispatch told them straight out why rate was so high compared to previous loads

When I am stumped as to what to list, I usually use 'construction equipment' or 'construction materials'.
