    Your unemployment office should be able to get you the documentation you need. I had to get the same information for a company I applied to. Past three years must be verified for DOT requirements. No gaps in the last three years for new drivers.

    What is wrong with you? don,t you know that you have to prove exactly what you have been up to while not working? You could have been flying pregnant women into this country to have their babies so they could be an american citizen and not have to prove where they have been,or how they got a birth certificate. lol
