proper bathroom etiquette for truckstop restrooms

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh how did I get in here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The mental images I can now not un-think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

obviously the message is not getting thru those who insist on living like animals amongst us

I understand that some ppl don't want to sit on the seat, so you use those nice paper seat covers, but could you PLEASE dispose of it yourself!

Gentlemen, DO remember you aren't the only ppl out their. I don't know how many times I have "surprised" some man peeing behind his trailer when I take the dogs out to go potty. (I haven't caught anyone going #2 yet)

Lazy hmm after taking the dogs out potty ( husband had done post trip and headed to restrooms) I put up curtain, lock the drivers door and went to climb out the passengers door, both feet still on the steps I noticed the driver next to us was pouring pee out his door while sitting in the seat. I glared at him, climbed back in, went out the drivers door. By the time my husband and I got back to the truck he was gone. News flash to you dude, I got your company name, tractor number and put in one nasty gram of a call. Got a truck wash on them free and a new pair of sneakers. . . . That was just sooooo nasty. When I got back to the truck I took off the sneaks and socks, put them in a bag and had the hubby tose them. . . . Then use half a bottle of hand sanitizer on my legs. Then went and took a shower. I'm not a germaphob, but that was sick.

 

Aireal, that was me. I want to apologize. Let me pay for a new pair of sneakers.

 

I have to say it's disgusting to walk into a bathroom....

The 3 feet immediately under a urinal is flooded with pee.....

Makes you almost want to just use the tree line in the parking lot.....

 

I don't get it... Anywhere else but a truck parking lot and a guy peeing out in the open would be arrested for indecent exposure and get listed on the...oh heck, I forget whatyacallit list for life... pevert list...but somehow truckers seem exempt!

I can understand when you're in the middle of nowhere, but if you're at a truckstop or park, at least make an effort to go before you go to bed!
Hmmm...guess the guys that empty a 6 pack and then fall asleep wouldn't care anyway.....

and as for peeing in a bottle...for years there's been whatyoucall..."truckers catheter" or "trucker's pal"..Dang I've know about them for years and years... and I"m not even a guy!
One brand is called Stadium Pal
and for the ladies..Stadium Gal.

Nothing more disgusting then stepping in a puddle of smelly piss....

The problem is, the people doing this stuff, are probably not reading and posting on trucking forum. Most folks come here to learn about trucking or share their experiences in trucking. It's the ignorant clueless amoung us that are doing that type of crap. If they are too lazy to clean their nasty hands after wiping their rear, they are probably too lazy to turn on a pc. Or, even learn how to use one.
