Proper Driver Attire For The Trucking Industry

Bib overalls for the win , no crack day or night straight up or bent over .

 

Just like women today with yoga pants and leggings.

 

Worked with a guy at EZ who needed a belt or suspenders in the worst way. He would walk carrying a 2x4 with one hand while using the other hand to hold his britches up. He gained the nickname crack monster for good reason…..

 

Talk about good & bad lol….

 

I will vote for you as long as you outlaw flop flops and sandals with sock. That just makes me wanna say really bad things.

 

@BoostedTeg Being a woman myself, I agree with you, but please understand not all of use were raised by umm I dunno what they were raised by. I was raised by my Gram for the most part she's from the 1911 era as was my Dad, so I have that mentality. I do recall being suspended from school for wearing shorts. And my uncle Clifford making remarks about shorts until he was reminded, not to gently that it was me that handled the cattle, milking, chickens etc.. SO he shut up. To this day I cannot go to church wearing casual clothes, I do not understand it. Having said all that, I do wear shorts and a tee shirt in the truck, everything is matching, in good repair and clean. Yes there are tennis shoes involved.

 

Is this proper attire?
