Pretty much complained about what truckers have been dealing with for generations.

And yet I don't deal much with that kind of stuff, even as a Swift company driver.

I must have fallen through some golden crack that allows me to have almost no conflicts with my co-workers, shippers/receivers or anyone else.

And the job is not usually dangerous for me.
I stay off the roads during bad weather, take my time so I am not stressed out, and follow a set routine.
I did injure myself several months ago by slipping on some fuel spillage while fueling. My bad, and it put me out of commission for a couple days.
My body is too old to bounce now. I simply hit the ground hard.

Part of staying healthy is eating well.
I take the time to cook a good dinner each night, and avoid too much junk food along the way.
That is one reason for a 12-14 hour break, instead of a strict 10. It takes a couple hours to make dinner, and I like to watch a few shows to relax.

Too many of the complaints can be led right back to the driver, and how that driver manages their truck.

I hate to tell you, but that 900 bucks a week should be in the cons section.

There's a lot of Pros & Cons at any job but as for trucking I've always felt that its a career regarding the choices you make once you obtain you're cdl. Some might still only earn $900/week with long hours whiles others make $1500/week only working local and 50 hrs that same week. Striving for the top dollar is the key.
