Obsolete. A cellphone can do 1000 times what a CB ever could and can reach people all over the world. Get Data and get a traffic app like Waze and you’ll be fine. If I was running in the bush I’d obviously have a road radio but that’s in and only because you need it to call out the mile marker empty or loaded.

That's all fine and dandy till you come upon an incident where you'll have wished you had one.
And if you can't think of one ,well then keep on truckin driver.

Hmm well it’s still a good tool. Have seen drivers off mountains in the trees and in snow bank. Driver lost cell phone. What saved his life was the CB radio. Tell me again how useless cb radio is.
How about the drivers who don’t have radios and drivers that do in a white out try to warn you non radio drivers that traffic is at a stop in a white out. you just blindly drive into stopped traffic. Yep it’s useless.

There are NO cons to having a two way radio in the rig.
    Only pros.
And if the 40 bucks is considered not cheap I don't know what to tell you.
Kind of like having a first aid kit or a lighter even if you don't smoke..just sayin

Right now I'm finishing up a split break
    This Loves has no parking.
I'll reach out on my CB and offer up my spot. 15 min before I'm ready to leave.

Yes, that’s exactly what they do. It’s based off drivers reports just like a CB but unlike a CB you also have thousands of cars running it where you predominant only have trucks running a CB. I know it’s hard to teach an old dog new tricks but it can’t hurt to check it out.
