I’m pretty sure you’re allowed to use both .

no one can inform you that you have a flat or no turn signals or are dragging a strap , using a app on their phone .

but the CB works for that very well.

Actually, in the STA (Super Trucker Association) bylaws you are, in fact, prevented from using both. If you are using a CB the echo mic is required.
