I've got this air leak in my 2011 Prostar that I just can't track down. For weeks I've been spraying every connection looking for bubbles and even had a shop try their luck. It is a slow leak (1psi drop every 4 minutes) -- I only notice because I'll come back after 2 hours and it'll be at 95psi instead of 125. At first I dismissed it on wind shaking the truck/trailer, but it does it every time & started maybe a month ago.
Once it hits 90psi, the leak almost goes away. It'll have to be parked over 12 hours before the tractor protection valve pops (55psi).
Any ideas?

Doubt you will find a 1 psi leak every four minutes. Probably coming out of a brake chamber though. DOT allows 3 psi per minute anyway. My truck completely airs down in 30 minutes. Your good to go.

Prostars have a common leak behind the air filter housing at one of the hard plastic lines. You need to remove the filter housing to get to it.

Check your seats and see if they have the optional "back cycle" button feature. This is the back massage function in the seat. It is air powered and will continue to cycle regardless of key state and cause the air to drain down.

ouh, I'd check air driyer purge valve and modulators exaust....
