What year ISX? If it has DPF, I have never seen one go past a million. Pre DPF only needed main bearings at 800k and were good till 1.5 mil

DON'T DO IT !!!! I have had bad expierences with the motor and truck !!! A 370 Hp N14 pulled about the same as it and had no chance against the 500 3406E. The interior was bad too. The rubber floor bubbled up. That stupid ### bent shifter only allows you to use 2 cup holders instead of 3 if you have a big cup like at pilot. Oh and it left me in a truck stop for 5 hours and spent 300 for a guy to drive genuinely across the street and do a forced regen THEN to find out sorry it's your nox I can't have one till Monday your welcome to wait the 2 days. Then called the shop mech he said I never said this BUT if you unplug the speed sensor you should be able to get up to a decent speed. So then I rode 4 hours at 48 to 50 mph with a loud beep. Also 1000 rpm with it bucking from lugging WHILE EMPTY !!! I hate running that truck it makes me nervous and thank GOD it had a manual. If your gonna buy a truck get a pretty 07 at least preferable a pre 2000. If you buy new a Pete or KW with a X15. The Pete we ran was a 435 Mx and sucked but it sucked while being very comfortable.
