My 2014 International Prostar Plus (MaxxForce) won’t turn over after changing the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter and greasing. It just clicks and I have 13volts

Maybe you ground wire needs to be cleaned or your starter went bad. Things do happen at the strangest moments

Try the hand pump for fuel and see if bubbles start coming out of the fuel filter.

Best advice here. Tap it with the hammer while someone is turning the key if you are not scared of being under a running engine. Sounds like you have a bad stater or connection to the starter.

    stillwurkin and Intothesunset Thank this.

    But seriously

Start by checking the battery cables at the batteries. Wiggle them aggressively checking for looseness on the cable lug to battery connection

also check the cable going into the lug for corrosion and looseness

It may be the starting relay. I had that happen to me, I took the starting relay out and reseated it and the truck started right up.

    Intothesunset Thanks this.

    It's a prostar with a maxforce engine.
It's just what those trucks do.
Next week it'll be something else.

My DD15 did that after a service and, after many hours of tapping (starter), tightening (cables) and just general head and ball scratching it turned out to be the flippin ECM fuse.
