    When I started in the early 90's you used to see guys in T/S all the time after being kicked to the curb by the company, trainer or co-driver. But I think it is illegal to do now unless it is DOT related.

    It’s always been illegal. My point is they never paid me. Mine certainly wasn’t dot related. But even if it was, they still have to pay me.

    Driver elaborate on who did what to you this week so everyone knows that I am not just a disgruntled driver. We need to get together and file a lawsuit because I think we can actually get their house cars everything. Send them back to where they came from because this kind of #### is not allowed in the United States.

    I was shot 6 times in an armed robbery at my company's main terminal and they stole everything out of my truck while I was in out-of-state rehab after telling me and my father it would be in the truck when I got back. Its not that unheard of. At least he got his stuff back.
