Two improper left turs on my PSP. The warning he gave me showed up as a violation also. It was 2 and 1/2 years ago. Will these citations drop off automatically on the third anniversary of the court date?
Why did the verbal warning show up as a violation on my PSP? Can they just write down whatever they want on this record?
Also, does anyone know a good CDL Lawyer in Pa? If there is a next time I am just going to turn it over to a Lawyer.

I pay about $8.00 per week out of my check for Legal Shield. Never had to use it but I look at it as cheap insurance. I need to drive about 2.2 miles per day to cover the cost! Lol

I passed the DOT inspection with flying colors.
Is there a place I can read up on this PSP system?
It's such a mess some carriers have shied away from me because nothing matches. I have the court record, the PSP, and the detailed inspection report and none of it matches.
The third year anniversary is May 2nd, 2022. Woopie!truckdriver31 Thanks this. -

A citation and a violation are two different things and only related as a citation tends to be given during an inspection also.
Citation is the legal fine that runs part the court system.
Violation is what the officer sees as wrong on a CVSA inspection report.
The violations you have on your PSP report should mirror your inspections and nothing else. (Well license suspension and wrecks are added)
If your inspections are different than your PSP you can dataq to get it corrected, however with only 6 months left it may not be worth the effort.truckdriver31 Thanks this.
