2 months ago (January 20), I got inspected (level 2 inspection) at a scale in Washington and received a number of warnings for violations. No citations were issued, but I know warnings carry points.

I am concerned about this as I am seeking new employment.

However, I today I just paid $10 at Pre-Employment Screening Program - Let's Get Started to get my PSP report and it lists "No crash or inspections reports found"

This is the second time this has happened.

In December of 2016, I received warnings for violations at a scale in Oregon (level 2 inspection), and when I sought out a job, my prospective employer never found any violations when doing a background check pre-employment.

This almost caused me problems, as I was honest and listed the violations on my job application, but the company could find no records of the actual warnings.

Has anyone heard of this happening?

I have never received any tickets in my career as a driver, but I assumed the 2 separate incidents with warnings and level 2 inspections would have left me with points on my psp report.

The PSP report that I just paid $10 to get lists my license as clean.

Should i just shut up about the warnings on my next job application?

First, there are no points on a PSP report. It' just lists all violations issued during a CVSA inspection.
I know you said both were level 2's but I wonder if they were. Either that or you got lucky twice.
Did you actually sign a CVSA inspection form when you got the violations? If not then it wasn't a CVSA inspection.

Yes, in both cases the DOT officer gave me a paper stating that a level 2 inspection had been performed and listed violations.

I had to sign the paper and give it to my company's safety department.

The report I paid for said zero inspections. Over the past several years, there have also been other inspections that I passed without violations. Not sure if those should increment my inspection number.

Drivers never see their points and it has nothing to do with your driving record because safety inspections aren't moving violations.

Unless you got a actual moving violation.

I had one cop in elko nevada tag me for speeding. Which I wasn't. He knew I'd fight it. So he wrote a inspection and listed it. WITHOUT an actual inspection. No citations so no driver record.

You can see your points. Go to safer.fmcsa Enter DOT# or carrier name. Pull up the carrier. Top right click on SMS. Then you can click HOS, Vehicle maintenance, Driver fitness etc...

After that click Inspection History. You will see your inspection. Click that and the points are right there along with the violations and if you had OOS.

Yep. But that only reflects on the carrier. Which only maintains records for 2 years.

Most drivers can't do simple math and won't be able to figure their points which stays on record 3 years.

You'll know your points for the first year. After that. You'll have to do the math.

For the carrier. The points are full first 12 months. Drop at 13 to 18 months. And drop 19 to 24 months. After which they are gone.

For the driver it's 1 year, 2 years, 3 years.

The PSP record does not assign a score or point values.

CSA does not rate drivers or issue a composite driver or carrier “score.”

You're not telling me things I don't already know.

How about quoting the rest of the forum. THEY don't know

Sorry if I misunderstood your statement that “Most drivers can't do simple math and won't be able to figure their points which stays on record 3 years.”
