    Abilene might be an option.

Understood, only 1 minor incident in a truck. Nothing else.

That's definitely why I came out here to ask.

Yes, looking at Vans or reefer. Also looking into flatbed.

I applied to Decker and gypsum Express.

My dad drove for Decker for years, when they were NOT under the PAM umbrella; not sure if they still are or not. I've not heard anything bad about Gypsum, but then again, I don't get that way much. Wildcard..... H.O. Wolding? Know a guy that drives and trains for them.. out of TN I believe. Just throwing thoughts your way.

I didn't know that Decker May still be under Pam or was it one time. But I will look into it.

The gypsum hiring process has been very professional so far. I just have two more steps and I'll be all approved, basically an interview and a VP approval.

Decker was under PAM here in Willard Ohio about 10 (or so?) years ago... hauling parts for MTD. Could have changed, but be sure to check. Also, H.O.W. isn't a bad gig; worth looking into~!

Decker, Choctaw, and the rest of the companies PAM bought were all folded into just one big PAM back about 9 years ago.
They got rid of all the administration at Willard. I heard they were still cross docking MTD there but that's old info.

I was going to chime in but you beat me to it. They’d take him in a heartbeat, send him out as a refresher with someone like me, then on my say so, send him out in his own. The whole process would take one trip out west and back. After driving for then the last 6 years, and train for them the last 5, he’s exactly what they would hire. And living in NC is ideal.

They would consider me with No OTR experience? Their website doesn't say much about required experience.

Vic Firth and G13Tomcat Thank this.
