Well pulled my DMV just to take a look at my record. 1 Speeding ticket in the Past 13 Years in 2009 in Illinois. Funeral Rush on highway /shrug.

What was surprising to me is the 1996 Refusal to take a breathalyzer and Revocation 1 year automatic. Washington State puts all Alcohol related incidents down for life. I wasn't even a Washington State Resident at the time. Didn't have a WA License either; now that I recall this incident It was on the Military Base. Okay yeah had a Military WA License...

Wonder if this is a Hamstring Move? It shows 1996

Man how did you get a DMV record to show a ticket so far back? NYS only goes back a few years and thats all they give you for info.

Massachusetts won't get rid of anything either. With a cdl everything stays on forever

My state, WI, is more lenient. They will remove OWI after 55 years.

In Texas there are two kinds of driving records. A Quick check that goes back a few years and a complete check that goes back to the day you got a Texas License.

If there's any info on it that doesn't belong you can try to have it removed. It's often successful.
