PSP shows 2 inspections. One passed, one failed. MVR is clean last 10 years.
Was involved in an accident in New Mexico during training. Non Dot reportable.
Making left from outside lane, just finished and then a minivan was along side my trailer...
Come to find out woman ran red light and gunned it when opposing traffic was coming at her.
So..
Big blue has been holding this crap over my head.
I was not cited, no tow away, no injuries.
How do I put this on applications, and how do I explain this to possible employers?
Waiting on hire right to get off their assessment and send me the dac
Pulled psp and mvr

You can pay to have a accident report sent to you from police dept. where acc. happen so if co. you want to work for has questions you can show a copy to them?

I wouldn't put it on my app. If it was unreportable accident its shouldn't be on your psp. Your former employer may let your soon to be newer employer know via employment verification form. Same thing happened to me in Pittsburgh, but a lady tried to merge on me and the lug nuts on the front wheel ate fron the passenger door to the front bumper up. Non reportable and her fault so ive never put it on an app and it has never been brought up.

Prospective employers will want to see that PSP report today: I had to provide one just last spring. Whatever you do, don't try to hide. Getting the police report was a good post idea. I surely wouldn't volunteer or bring it up, but if asked, just come out with the truth that matches that PSP information. You have nothing to hide, and it's amazing there aren't more of these incidents. Best.

If the officer worked the wreck and issued insurance forms it is gonna show anyways.

Sorry private property is way different than a collision on the road. If any damage was done the officer did a report.

The term DOT reportable is a red herring. Few drivers actually understand the FMCSA MCMIS system. Driver if you were at fault in that accident, AND an inspection report was issued with violation arising out of said accident on it, it WILL be part of the FMCSA MCMIS database and SHOULD BE reported to your new employer.
