OK here is what I have going on. 03 w9 c15. When I apply the brakes I get a vibration in the front end and its also loud enough that people can hear it on the sidewalks(kinda annoying when you are going thru small towns) anyho I took it to the trusty KW dealer and they did the usual "let's start throwing parts at it till we get it figured out"routiene. So far I have had new brakes on the front end with drums, new wheel bearings, new abs module and still I have the vibration. I can only feel it in the pedal and slightly in the steering wheel. Oh ya and a new set of Michelen Steers and the s cam bushings where also checked out. Any ideas? I'm tired of throwing money at this thing. Thanks.
Pulling my hair out over a brake issue, any ideas?

Ever thought that it might not even be a brake issue? ...you could have bent cross members or toe bars that shake or pull only because of "applied brake pressure"
-
Ya I can see how that could happen but I already checked all of that when this first started happening
-
So you are sure its the front brakes? Did you do a test run around the shop with the fronts backed off? How about vice-versa?
-
Ya we did a test run around the shop but no we never did it with the fronts backed off. I can't believe I never thought of that thou. The dealer shop I was at basicly threw their hands up after the 4th time there and toldme to bring it somewhere else. I Think I will back the fronts off this weekend when I get home and see what that does.

In reality around your road one axle will stop it for a short time to diagnose the problem axle.
