We have pulled reefer for 11 years, but have never gone into California. All of my equipment is new in the last 3 years and is carb compliant. Outside of adding Cali to my registration, are there other requirements or state registrations that we need to go through to start pulling in California? Is it required that we obatain and post ARB numbers on the sides of all our reefer units? How about the trucks? If anyone has a comprehensive website to walk me through getting set up, that would be most helpful.
