Thanks all, I got it to home. I had to stay one more night there because of line 1 mile long at DMV office. Next morning I went at 4 am to be the first on line. Got in first. Got my permit after few hours delay due to DMV officer's lack of knowledge and brought it in. I didn't want to get harrassed by DOT people, for them it is what ever they think is law. It is pain to go behind all that and chase them in court. Thanks a lot all for the kind help.
