I've had sleep apnea since I was young, if you list it on the medical form you have to show you are under treatment for it. Right now it's up to the doctor you see weather he thinks you need a sleep study before he approves you, but I hear that guidelines on who needs one are on the way down the reg pipeline. I'm proof that it's not always weight, I was 6'3" and 185 when I was diagnosed with it(I'm big now but that's a different story).

They do the routing and fuel solution, sounds like they are willing to listen if you have a better idea on routing but the fuel solution is mandatory, skipping stops is okay(i.e. it says get fuel in Reno and SLC but you have 3/4 tanks when you hit Reno) and if your running out on nights/weekends it's okay to get 50 gals to get to the fuel stop(it's okay weekdays too, the fuel guy just wants you to call so he can tell you where it's cheapest for them).

Oh yeah, almost forgot, they use a in cab called driver tek instead of a QC, it has a built in turn by turn truck specific GPS.

You'd have to call recruiting, they seem to be very lane specific, if your near a customer they haul for on a regular basis your in, if not your out.

Yeah they did. It didn't take long to get in either, started the application process on monday and was at orientation the following monday. Main Hold up would be if your prior employers are slow with the info. Good news is if they asked for the fax you are a close enough fit to at least consider.
