    To be more specific its inward and outward. Roehl has cameras that will go off for anything and everything. Luckily during my time there I managed to hardly ever set mine off but people do get "coached" quite frequently for driving behaviors. Besides the garbage pay structure and horrible freight they haul that was a big reason why I left as soon as my contract was done
