QR-1C valve is leaking from the exhaust port when parking brakes are released and applied. I already checked the chambers, service relay valve, hoses and everything looks ok. I replaced the QR valve, brake treadle valve and tractor/trailer dash valve and same thing happens. Anyone knows what it could be? Seems like something in the air system is back feeding air to the QR valve.

Can you make it change sounds by turning the E/brake knobs

Sounds like a maxibrake backfeeding. What did you do to check the chambers. Remove lines? Does it just happen when the buttons pushed in or when you step on the brake pedal? If so check the maxis. Could be signal in brake modulator but not high on the list.

I removed the lines to the chambers and from the relay valves. It happens when i apply the brakes with the yellow button pushed in and then when i release the brakes, it starts to leak a little from the exhaust port.
