Hey! The small company I work for installed Qualcomm MCP50 units over the summer. A few days ago the navigation tab showed up. Apparently we are getting a free 30 day trial. I can figure out the basics about it, but there are a few questions. I've searched high and low on the internet and even called Qualcomm and they said we can't help you. The first few days I had it, I set up my options and it worked great. I could use the "driving menu" and access the written directions, enter a detour if I wanted, or even alter my route. The last couple of days all of a sudden the auto zoom quit working and I can't access anything at all while the truck is moving. I can't toggle between the ETA or remaining time or speed or anything? Does anyone have any helpful hints? Any suggestions? Qualcomm said everything I need to know is in the help tab but there's nothing in the help tab other than the bare basics. My opinion is to tell the boss to shove the navigation system where the sun don't shine unless they can get answers. Thanks!

Also now when I am parked and access the driving menu to look at the written directions they only stay on for 2 seconds then disappear.
Skydivedavec Thanks this. -
LOL Had to laugh at what your boss can do with his QUALCOMM,lol.First off don't access it while trk is moving.Maybe your company has it set up that way.Secondly see if company has a cheat sheet.

Heck the bosses don't know a thing about it. I called in and talked to our safety director Friday and he had no clue about settings or anything like that. And the boss wanted opinions on it. Lol. Maybe it is a setting somewhere on their end. I dunno. I don't like the idea of stopping anytime I need to update a location or check my eta. And what doesn't make sense is that I had access to the drivers menu the first couple days. They said they didn't change anything. Who knows....
