    FWIW the Charlotte NC service center at Carolina CAT will no longer be part of the system as of Sept 11. Their only qualified technician is leaving and no one wants to go through the training to replace him.

    The CAT dealer has been removed from Qualcomm's listing of service providers in Charlotte, and now ThermoKing is listed as a service center. Same road about a mile away.
